Legal Basis

The annulment of an arbitral award is conducted in accordance with Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on the Procedure for the Appointment of Arbitrators by the Court, Challenge Rights, Examination of Enforcement Applications, and Annulment of Arbitral Awards.
